Since my freshman year, MED has been an incredible source of support throughout my pre-health journey. From the guidance and encouragement of upperclassmen and alumni to the many opportunities for personal and professional growth, this organization has given me the confidence to navigate the uncertainties of pursuing a career in healthcare. Beyond the academic and professional resources, MED quickly became my second family and made me feel at home on campus. Through our social events and retreats, I have found some of my closest friends and a community that has continuously encouraged and inspired me. Knowing that I am not navigating this journey alone has brought me so much comfort and excitement, and I am confident that the lifelong friendships I have built here will extend far beyond college and into our future careers as healthcare professionals.
